Every appointment begins with a conversation about what you need today. Maybe your shoulders have been tight for weeks, your low back feels stiff after long days at work, or a workout has left you sore and slow to recover. Maybe you’ve noticed that your range of motion isn’t what it used to be. Or maybe you simply need an hour to step away from everything and reset. Whatever brings you in, your session is shaped around you.

At Relax CT, therapeutic bodywork and restorative techniques work together to address areas of tension while giving you room to relax. We’ll focus on what matters most to you, adjusting the pressure, pace, and areas of attention as the session unfolds. Some days that means targeted work on a stubborn problem area. Other days, it means a broader session that helps your whole body unwind.
